Dock Stand:

I bought an LCD monitor for my PC last October from Compu Data Center.. After 2 or 3 months.. I noticed that a piece of dirt is stuck badly... I tried cleaning it .. but in vain.. suddely i noticed it's not actually on top of the LCD..
It's not dirt!!!!
It's something inside the LCD...
A small ... 3 mm sized dust or hair particle trapped inside the LCD layers... I said ... it's small.. and probably they won't replace it... But it started to be annoying.. It's position is so annoying... at the first tab beside the Windows "Start" button. So I get to see it whenever I start to do anything on the PC..
I thought... hmmm.. it's a manufacturing problem.. so why not replace it? it's still in the guarentee though...
So I took it to compu data and they said ok.. we will take it to the vendor IBS...
after 1 week: IBS says no, we won't replace it...
if we replace an LCD, it must have at least 5 dead pixels...
Hmmm.. but this isn't a dead pixel...

When I was taking the LCD, the guy at compu data while putting the LCD back and he's pissed off from himself he made the LCD fall on the counter with the foam on.. too bad cuz it would be better to smash then, than to just make it worse!
When I got home, I noticed 3 dead pixels around the hair... some stupid guy at compu data or at IBS surely pressed on the LCD to see how the hair acts... and thanks to him, now it's not just 1 problem...

Typical Egyptian companies... I filed a compaint at the CPA and waiting!
